Obtaining the Latest Public Version

The latest available public version is constantly updated and available as a download here (or for online play here). Please ensure that the version number shown on the Title screen is correct as well. The game is also pushed to F95Zone every public update.

Alpha Version & Testing

For the sake of testing the latest alpha version, we also offer a streamlined system that is directly synced to the cloud for real-time bug fixing and reporting. For information on becoming a bug-tester or how to access please see the Discord or PM Mimus. Subscribers and supports of Mimus Studios are also able to access the latest alpha version, which is posted on SubscribeStar.

Updating Saves

Updating your save game while not officially supported by any version, is meticulously worked on to ensure that our players don't lose their progress. The Mimus Update Tool (MUT) automatically scans through all game variables in your save and tries to rectify them with the latest version. You must update games from the main title screen and not another save game. Doing so will break the MUT.

Finally, updating more than two major version is completely not supported and not tested. While technically possible with the MUT it's not recommended. Instead, you will want to download all previous versions and load the save through them one-by-one. Again, this is only applicable if you are loading a save from >5 major updates ago. Even then the MUT might work, but expect errors or unexpected behaviors.
